As HSP’s, introverts, and empaths the word fun can feel like a trigger due to the other 80% of the population viewing fun so differently than we do. It can be easy to get wrapped up in the idea of what “fun” is supposed to be instead of realizing that fun is something personal and individual to things that bring us joy. In this episode, I discuss why fun can seem so triggering and it can be difficult for HSP’s to find things that we find fun, the importance of fun in everyone’s life, and some different ideas of things that are sensory-friendly that can be fun to you that others may not consider. It’s time to start making fun a priority in your life again!
I hope I have inspired you to choose to have some fun today. Take some time and schedule in the appointment for next week or within the next two weeks. Make it a regular habit, and see how this impacts your life.
If you are having trouble letting go because you are overwhelmed with all that is going on in your life, it may be time to contact me to schedule a clarity session.
