In this episode, I interview Devan Melwani on how to manage Anxiety as a teenager. Devan discusses how he realized he has anxiety and how he has learned to handle it as a junior in high school.
He is a highly sensitive person and learned more about what that meant during the lockdown and learning from home. He recently did some research and wrote a blog that goes deeper into teenage anxiety and discusses his journey over the last year and a half.
