In life, we have three main types of relationships that greatly impact us: friends, family, and intimacy. While all of these relationships have shaped you into the person you are, sometimes they can get in the way of your happiness and success. To accomplish your goals, it is important to look at your relationships and understand how they impact your daily life. While it can be challenging to disappoint those we love, the best thing you can always do is be yourself. To overcome old patterns and move forward, you must recognize your inhibitors and then consciously choose to make decisions that are true to yourself.
